This building, once the original home to Fizer's Heating and Air Conditioning back in the 1940s, is located in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky's economically challenged yet historically significant East End Neighborhood.
It still stands proudly as a testament to the skill and craftsmanship of those who built it. But time has taken its toll...
Our vision is to transform this facility into a retail art gallery with affordable studio work spaces for artists and craftspeople while helping to bring about an economic revival in this community.
We need your help....
Much work is needed to breathe life back into the
building - a new roof, total interior renovation, complete electrical and plumbing work, exterior renovations, etc.
The campaign’s goal is to raise $200,000 to support the building's renovation and fit up.
