I often use art as an escape from anxiety and/or boredom.

It can be a lonely passion/hobby, and the older I get, the more I enjoy sharing it with other people.

Acrylic on canvas is my favorite medium. I like how fast it dries and how easy it is to start over. 

Recently I have been attempting to make more positive/comforting art. I’m looking for a few deep

breaths after a long day.
